Quantity Discounts – Quantity discounts listed are per size, item and invoice. Terms – All payments are due at time of pick-up or delivery unless an account has been established. Credit terms are NET 30 days. A 5% discount will apply to all cash sales (cash or check) at list pricing. A service charge of 1½% per month will be added to overdue accounts. Any account over 60 days will revert to COD. If an account must be given to an attorney or collection agency for collection, purchaser agrees to pay all legal and/or collection costs. Any check written with insufficient funds will have a $30.00 charge applied. At the time of the next purchase the $30.00 NSF fee plus the 5% cash discount (from the previous purchase) will be added to the sale total. Guarantee – All stock is guaranteed true to name and in good healthy condition. We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the productiveness or survival of nursery stock after it has left our nursery. Returns – Plant material selected from the nursery yard may not be returned. Plants delivered by Blue Grass Farms and accepted by the customer may not be returned. |
